TerrafirMAT aims to develop new products for soil improvement and plant growth

Sustainability, regenerative practices, environmentally friendly options, carbon capture and circular economies are important for our environment and wellbeing. But, how? How can these concepts be realised as a practical solution? 

TerrafirMAT aims to develop a novel ground-cover / biofertiliser using natural ingredients created with a combination of old and new techniques underpinned with science-based innovation. 

These products will be tailored to be used in  gardens, on our fields and woodlands. Soil improvement will take place by the addition of organic matter, run off will be reduced as the soil is physically protected and plant growth will be bio-stimulated. These unique products will also act as an effective mulch which will maximise water usage.
